Support for Windows 10 and older systems ends on October 14, so Bangor Public Library will be offering a 90-minute working session, "Migrate to Windows 11" on Monday, October 6 from 2:30-4 PM. Digital Media Librarian Hannah will be on hand to help you with making the switch from Windows 10 to Windows 11.

Bring your current Windows 10 computer and power cord for an informal working session so your questions can be answered if you run into snags during the process. Hannah will help advise how to back up important files before migrating, what buttons to press to make the transition, and how to adjust settings after the upgrade to make Windows 11 work best for you.

For additional information on how to navigate and use Windows 11, attendees can optionally register to attend the library's "Learning Windows 11" class on Wednesday, October 8 from 2-4 PM.
