Technology Workshop: Learning Windows 11

Technology Workshop: Learning Windows 11 In-Person / Online

Support for Windows 10 and older systems ends on October 14, so Bangor Public Library will be offering a two-hour workshop, "Learning Windows 11" on Wednesday, October 8 from 2-4 PM. Whether you've recently updated your operating system to Windows 11 or are a brand-new computer user, this class will help you learn the ins and outs of the new system and answer your questions about how to navigate it. Learn to find your folders and files, connect to and browse the internet, and find and use applications in Microsoft Office (or free alternatives!).

If you want help with making the switch from Windows 10 to Windows 11 before this class, you can optionally sign up to attend a 90-minute working session on Monday, October 6 from 2:30-4:00 PM. Attendees at the October 8 class should already be on a Windows 11 system, or may use one of the library's Windows 11 computers to follow along and practice.

This class is free of charge, but space is limited and registration is required. Registration is available to attend in-person or online via Zoom. Register using the form below, or for more information or help registering, contact Hannah at hannah.cyrus@bangorpubliclibrary.org or (207) 922-6055.
