The library has a variety of spaces available, subject to our Meeting Room Policy. If you already know which space you would like to rent, please use the grid below, or click on a space name to learn more about it. Rooms are generally available to book 2 or more days ahead of the meeting date. A 50% discounted rate is available for non-profit organizations for some rooms - please note your non-profit status while filling out the booking form. The discounted rate is only available for the Computer Lab, Minsky Lecture Hall, Crofutt Community Room, and Board Room. Conference Rooms located in the Robert C. and Linda Sutherland Allen Business Center are available for meetings of 4-8 people during library hours, up to once per week. Rooms are equipped with whiteboards and high definition televisions with HDMI plug-ins. Mac users may need provide their own HDMI adapters.
Conference Room spaces are available for booking during the hours the Library is open, at least 48 hours in advance. Rates are $15/hour, or discounted rates for those with active Business Center memberships. Discounted rates are also available for non-profit organizations.
