Board Room (Bangor Public Library) Capacity: 10

Description

The Board Room, located on the first floor, comfortably fits 10 people. This room is perfect for business meetings, presentations, etc. It comes equipped with a projector and screen. Mac users may need to provide their own HDMI adapters.

This room has access to a kitchenette with a sink, counter space, and mini-fridge, and groups using the space may provide refreshments for their event. Alcohol (beer/wine/champagne) is allowed as long as approved by the Director or Library Board in advance and is served by an approved caterer with the proper insurance and licenses.

The Board Room is available to reserve from 8:30 AM until the Library's closing time, at least 48 hours in advance. Rates are $30/hour, or $15/hour for non-profits, with a minimum of 2 hours.
