The Bangor Public Library and SCORE Northern Maine will host an online presentation on "How to Request & Respond to Online Reviews," by Alison Lane, Associate Center Director of Maine Small Business Development Centers, on Wednesday, January 11 at 12:00 PM.
Customer feedback is so valuable, but you need to know how to get it and what to do when it's not good! In this presentation, Maine SBDC at CEI Business Advisor Alison Lane will teach you how to encourage online reviews and increase your star rating on the most popular channels. She will also go over how to reply to the good, the bad, and the ugliest of reviews with tact and effectiveness.
