- Tricia Clukey is a licensed Social Worker who has been with Northern Light Home Care & Hospice for 13 years. I am the Clinical Hospice Supervisor for our Brewer/ Bangor, Ellsworth, and Waterville teams. She will be talking about hospice services, the philosophy of hospice, when it is time for hospice, and how to get a referral for hospice.
