SCORE Presentation: The Lifecycle of Entrepreneurship Online
The Bangor Public Library and SCORE Northern Maine will host an online presentation by Lisa Liberatore from UpStart Maine on "The Lifecycle of Entrepreneurship," on Wednesday, October 15 at 12:00 PM via Zoom. From the first spark of an idea to building a lasting legacy, how can you navigate being an entrepreneur? Lisa's presentation will cover how to leverage existing resources to scale your business, to adopt and evolve to navigate the stages of your business's growth, and to use community and collaboration to drive success.
Building a business is a journey that requires access to the right tools and networks. As a seasoned entrepreneur, Lisa has learned the value of connecting to local ecosystems and tapping into available resources—from mentors and investors to educational programs and community support. Entrepreneurs who connect with the right people early on are more likely to scale efficiently and sustainably. Every business, from startup to established enterprise, faces its unique challenges. Understanding the lifecycle of your business—whether you're starting, growing, or preparing to exit—is key to making the right decisions at every stage. Being adaptable to market shifts and operational demands is crucial for long-term success. And entrepreneurship isn’t a solo endeavor—it thrives in a collaborative, supportive environment. By engaging with other founders, mentors, and resource providers, entrepreneurs can share insights, solve problems together, and access opportunities that might otherwise be out of reach. Building a strong entrepreneurial community is one of the most powerful tools for success.
