From Norombega to Neptune: UMaine History Students and the Kenduskeag Stream Heritage Trail

From Norombega to Neptune: UMaine History Students and the Kenduskeag Stream Heritage Trail In-Person

UMaine History students in their capstone course have partnered with the City of Bangor and many local cultural organizations to rehabilitate the Kenduskeag Stream Heritage Trail. The interpretive trail begins with a sign beneath the overpass near the Sea Dog and ends with a sign on the east bank of the Kenduskeag near Bruce Street. The students will share their drafts for eight new signs, and seek input to improve them as well as suggestions for other topics.
