Rock N' Talk: Painting Together In-Person
The Bangor Public Library and the Consumer Council System of Maine will co-sponsor "Rock N' Talk" on Monday, August 19 from 1-3 PM in the library's Atrium. "Rock N' Talk" is a platform for peers to share their stories and perspectives on mental health experiences in a safe and supportive environment. Join Olivia Scott, Community Resource Navigator at the Bangor Public Library, and staff from the Consumer Council System of Maine to paint a picture or phrase onto a rock that inspires your mental health recovery journey. This is a chance for peers in Bangor to share their stories and experiences openly, help shape CCSM's advocacy efforts.
